Post a tweet together with a picture or image,
via this service provided by the service of your choosing: MobyPicture.com or Twitpic.com. Please note that in order to use
this service, we have to post your Twitter username and password to either one of these services.
Upon receival of your image data, MobyPicture or Twitpic will publish it on their site and
post an update on Twitter on behalf of you, with your tweet and a link to the
image.
